Your request is submitted through this form, and a confirmation copy will be sent to your email. Promotora Jiménez is not responsible for claims that are not correctly filed through this channel.
An after-sales specialist will contact you within the following 10 business days after filing.
The appropriate staff will be assigned based on the type of request and the construction company internal criteria.
Once the request has been handled, a service completion certificate will be issued.
If a new issue arises on the same property, it must be filed again following this same procedure.
